Kale Chips

Lacinato Kale Chips
What can I say?  Simply irresistable! 
 
1 bunch kale   (I prefer Lacinato, but any variety works)
Olive oil
Salt (Real Salt)

Preheat oven to 300º.  Rinse and dry kale leaves.  Strip leaf from the stem and toss the leaves into a big bowl.  Compost the stems or feed to chickens.  Drizzle with olive oil.  It doesn’t take much.  Add a sprinkle of salt – again    not too much. Massage leaves and place in single layer on baking sheet.  Bake 20 minutes. 
 
You can also make them in a dehydrator, but I havn't tried it yet.  I'm not sure I could wait that long :-)
